Miller Re-Assigned from AHL Chicago

Forward Tim Miller has been re-assigned to the Gladiators from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League.

Miller returns to Gwinnett after he appeared in two games with Chicago on January 15th and January 16th. He earned an assist in the Wolves 5-2 win over San Antonio yesterday.

He has recorded 31 points (18 goals, 13 assists) in 41 games this season with the Gladiators. He had an ECHL career best five points (one goal, four assists) in the Gladiators 8-6 win over Greenville on Friday night.

Miller split time last season between Gwinnett and AHL Syracuse. He earned two points (one goal, one assist) in 21 games last year in the AHL. He tallied 35 points (15 goals, 20 assists) with the Gladiators in 44 games. After he completed his senior season at the University of Michigan, he had one goal in one game with Syracuse in the 2008-09 season.

In four years at the University of Michigan, the Davisburg, Michigan, native earned 77 points (25 goals, 52 assists) in 166 career collegiate games for the Wolverines.

The Gladiators are the AA affiliate of the Atlanta Thrashers and play all home games at the 11,355-seat Arena at Gwinnett Center, located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth.
