Defenseman Todd Perry Returned to Reading

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that defenseman Todd Perry has been returned to the Royals from the Worcester Sharks of the AHL. Perry was loaned to Worcester on Saturday (January 15) and played two games for the Sharks without registering any points or penalty minutes. Perry, who has registered eleven points (2g-9a) and fifty-eight penalty minutes in thirty-two games with the Royals this year, is expected to play in the Royals' game today against the Trenton Devils.

The Royals return home today (Monday, January 17) for a Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday matinee game (1:05 pm) presented by CTCE Federal Credit Union and the Reading Eagile against the Trenton Devils. It's Kids' Day on Monday with the first 1,000 kids 18 and under getting a water bottle courtesy of CTCE Federal Credit Union. Fans get two FREE kids tickets (18 and under) with the purchase of one adult ticket; and parking in Reading Parking Authority garages is just $1.00. The Royals game day broadcast will kick off with the pre-game warm-up show presented by The Works at Wyomissing on the Royals Broadcast Network (WRAW 1340 am in Reading, www.1340wraw.com) at 12:35 pm.
