Milam Recalled; Flache Reassigned

The Gwinnett Gladiators announced today that defenseman Troy Milam has been recalled to the San Antonio Rampage and defenseman Paul Flache has been reassigned to the Gladiators from the Chicago Wolves.

Milam makes his third trip to the American Hockey League, his first to San Antonio. The rookie out of Ferris State was named to the Rampage playoff roster on March 12th. Milam tallied a goal in 7 games with Manchester of the AHL this season.

Flache returns from Chicago where the defenseman recorded 2 goals and 2 assists for 4 points in 10 games with Chicago. The second year pro was plus or even for Chicago in 8 of the 10 games with an overall +5 rating.

Milam leaves the Gladiators with 34 points off of 6 goals and 28 assists in 60 games with Gwinnett. In 54 games in Gwinnett, Flache has tallied 2 goals and 11 assists for 13 points and is a +11.

Milam should be available for the Rampage's 8:05 p.m. start tonight against Milwaukee while Flache should be in the line up for the Gladiators as they host Alaska tonight at the Arena at Gwinnett Center at 7:05 p.m.
