
Mets Back Home for 7 Games in 8 Days

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - The St. Lucie Mets are back at First Data Field on Thursday to start a seven-game home stand that will span eight days.
The Mets will host the Florida Fire Frogs (Atlanta) from Thursday-Sunday. Monday is an off day, then the Mets welcome in the Palm Beach Cardinals (St. Louis) for three contests Tuesday-Thursday.
Games start at 6:30 p.m. with the exception of Sunday which is a noon start.
Tickets to all games are available on www.stluciemets.com, over the phone by calling 772-871-2115 or at the ticket booth outside of Gate A on game days only (opens 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday, 10:30 a.m. Sunday).
The highlights of the home stand are Dollar Nights on the two Thursday games, the annual St. Lucie County Safety and Reading Festivals on Saturday and postgame fireworks on Saturday.
The following is a full list of happenings at the ballpark for the upcoming home slate.
Thursday - 6:30 p.m.
-Dollar Night: $1 Bud and Bud Light (8 oz. cans), $1 hot dogs, $1 soda and $1 popcorn.
-Solo Cup Special: Buy a Mets solo cup for $12 and receive $1 draft beer refills every Dollar Night the remainder of the season.
Friday - 6:30 p.m.
-Family 4 Pack: Receive four general admission tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas, four ice cream sandwiches and one family size popcorn for $50.
-Kids Club Night: All Klutch's Kids Crew members get in free and receive a free ice cream.
-Fun Run Around the Bases for kids 12-and-under after the game.
Saturday - 6:30 p.m.
-St. Lucie County Family Reading Festival: From 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on the right field Mulligan's deck families with kids of all ages can enjoy book trading, author readings and much more reading related fun.
-St. Lucie County Safety Festival: From 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the parking lot fans can learn about important aspects of safety like fire safety, water safety, pet safety, hurricane safety and more. There will be a SWAT Team demonstration, a burn unit fire demonstration, jaws-of-life demonstration, kids zone with bounce houses, arts/crafts, food/drink and other vendors.
-Halfway to Halloween benefitting the Boys and Girls Club of St. Lucie County: Costume contest, kids receive a free Mets bag at the gate, trick-or-treating around the ballpark and a 50/50 raffle to support the Boys and Girls Club.
-Postgame fireworks presented by Seacoast Bank!
Sunday - 12:00 p.m.
Monday - Off day
Tuesday - 6:30 p.m.
-Silver Sluggers Night: All Silver Sluggers members get in free and receive a free hot dog.
-Baseball Bingo: Free for all fans to play.
Wednesday - 6:30 p.m.
