For anybody involved in the sport of football - either as a fan or as a player - the offseason is always the worst part. Everyone is itching to get back outside to the football field in order to chase our ultimate dream which is being named Grey Cup champions.
As we get ourselves ready for the upcoming season, I would like to personally invite all of you to become season ticket holders. Our football team truly believes that we have the best fans in the CFL and we want to make sure you're there to cheer us on at every home game.
By becoming a season ticket holder, you save up to 30% compared to what you would pay for an individual game ticket. It also entitles you to a 15% discount at the Bomber Store and early access to the annual Locker Room Sale every December. There are season ticket holder draws at every home game and you also get presale opportunities for concerts at our stadium.
Of course, by purchasing your season tickets now, you are also guaranteed the same type of seat once we move into the new stadium in 2012.
We're all working hard this offseason to ensure we improve in 2011 and by staying in Winnipeg this winter, I have really taken this city to heart. I know that I'm excited to get back on the field and I look forward to having you in the stands this upcoming season.
