
New Stadium Update - First Concrete Pour

WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Football Club, in conjunction with BBB Stadium Inc, today announced that the first concrete pour took place today, Thursday, February 17, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
"It's very exciting to reach another crucial construction point on schedule," said Ossama AbouZeid, Project Manager. "Everything is continuing to move as we planned and we're pleased with the progress to date," he added.
With the construction of the new stadium now underway, the Winnipeg Football Club will be providing regular updates on the major stages of the project through to the scheduled completion.
