Motor City Mechanics News Release
GLENS FALLS, NY-A three goal deficit was too much for the Mechanics to recover from as they fall tonight to the Adirondack Frostbite 4-2 at the Glens Falls Civic Center in front of 2,366 fans.
Adirondack mounted a three goal lead, but the Mechanics responded with two goals of their own to cut the lead to one heading into the third period.
Tom Kostopoulos scored his second goal in as many days, and on that goal Greg Bullock recorded his 600th career point. Bullock then scored the Mechanics second goal just 33 seconds later with Kotsopoulos netting one of the assists.
The Frostbite would score midway through the third period to seal the game and split the two game set with the Mechanics.
Rod Branch made the start in net and made 17 saves in the loss.
