Tuesday, November 23 - Missouri Mavericks at Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs, 6:35 p.m. CST

The Mavericks will look for revenge Tuesday night when they head to Bossier-Shreveport for a game against the Mudbugs. The teams last played on October 30 in Independence and the Mudbugs overcame a 1-0 deficit in the third period to beat the Mavericks 2-1. This is the second of three scheduled meetings between the teams this season and only meeting at CenturyTel Center. The Mavericks are 2-4-0 all-time against the Mudbugs and Missouri has lost the last three contests.

Bloomington comes to Missouri on Thanksgiving Eve having lost their last three games (0-2-1) and they sit three points below the Mavericks in the Turner Conference standings. The PrairieThunder won the first ever meeting between the two teams on October 16, 2-1, in a shootout at Independence Events Center. This is the second of three games between the teams this season and they will not square off again until March 16 in Bloomington.
Friday, November 26 - Missouri Mavericks vs. Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees, 7:05 p.m. CST

The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees come to Independence for a weekend set against the Mavericks. The Killer Bees are currently third in the Berry Conference with a 7-5-2 record. These are the only two games in Independence and the Mavericks will travel to south Texas on two of the team's final three weekends to take on the Killer Bees. Missouri is 0-2-1 against the Killer Bees all-time and has been outscored 14-6 in the three games.

Friday, November 19 - Missouri 5 at Tulsa 2
Toby Lafrance and Nick Sirota each scored a pair of goals and Robby Nolan stopped 24 of 26 shots as the Missouri Mavericks defeated the Tulsa Oilers, 5-2, Friday night at BOK Center. Missouri tied a franchise record with four third-period goals, and won their second straight game for the first time in the 2010-11 season. Oilers' defenseman Derek Eastman scored both goals for the home team as they fell to 3-10-1 on the season.
Saturday, November 20 - Missouri 4 vs. Tulsa 2
The Mavericks faced the Tulsa Oilers for the second consecutive night Saturday night at Independence Events Center. The Mavericks tied a team record with 50 shots as they defeated Tulsa, 4-2, in front of the Mavericks' second consecutive home sellout. Toby Lafrance, Olivier Filion, Dominic D'Amour and Simon Watson all recorded two points each for the Mavericks who won their third straight game.
Promotions & Notes
Three's a streak - Missouri won their third straight game Saturday night over the Tulsa Oilers. Missouri will look to tie their team record of four straight wins on Tuesday night in Bossier-Shreveport. The Mavericks won four straight games two times in their inaugural season, but have never won five straight.

Silly Bandz! - The Mavericks host the Bloomington PrairieThunder Wednesday, November 24 at Independence Events Center and the first 1,500 kids 12 & under will receive Silly Bandz. Each recipient of the Silly Bandz will receive one band in the shape of a goalie and another band in the shape of a hockey stick.
Military Appreciation Night - The Mavericks are celebrating Military Appreciation night this Friday, November 26 when the team hosts the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. Center Ice tickets for all active and retired military personnel are just $16 (normally $32), and the Mavericks and the fans will show their appreciation throughout the game. The team has also extended the special ticket offer for the game on Wednesday, November 24 and Saturday, November 26. The Mavs will also be in special Army themed jerseys which will be auctioned off after the game, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City.
Rib Crib Post-Game Party - After the Mavericks' game this Saturday, November 27, join the team at Rib Crib located near Independence Events Center for a post-game party. Rib Crib will have food and drink specials and the Mavericks players and staff will be on hand.
Side Pockets Coach's Show - Monday, November 29 is the second of six Coach's Shows at Side Pockets in Independence. Six players, along with Coach Hillman will be on hand for the show from 6-7 p.m. Side Pockets will have food and drink specials for all Mavericks fans and FREE pool where the Mavs' players will be on the tables the hour before and after the show.
