Mavericks Face Rush In Northern Conference Semifinals

INDEPENDENCE, Missouri - The Missouri Mavericks take on the Rapid City Rush in the Northern Conference Semifinals in a best-of-7 series starting Saturday night at Independence Events Center. Missouri moved on in their Opening Round best-of-3 series after a 3-1 victory over the Mississippi RiverKings Thursday night.
Although the Rush are the higher seed, building availability at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center has forced the series to take an unconventional route with Games One and Two taking place at the Independence Events Center before heading back to South Dakota for the next three contests.
