Amarillo, TX 3/26/10- The Amarillo Venom indoor football team and Venom Energy have joined forces this season, the team announced Friday.
Venom Energy will be the "Official Energy Drink" of the Amarillo Venom during the 2010 IFL football season.
"We're ecstatic about this unique opportunity with the professional football team in the Panhandle of Texas," remarked Venom Energy Region Manager Richard Kerner. "We wanted to be associated with an organization that not only produces on the field, but shines in the community as well."
Fans are encouraged to visit area Pak-A-Sak locations where they can purchase their Venom Energy drink (find your nearest Pak-A-Sak by logging on to www.pakasak.com ). For each container redeemed at the Venom or Amarillo Civic Center box office prior to every home game this season, fans receive a $16 game ticket for only $10 in the "Venom Energy Zone" (located in each endzone).
"There's no doubt Venom Energy and Venom football fit well together," echoed Venom General Manager Joe Morgado. "We're seeking every possible way to provide affordable, professional entertainment for our fans. Venom Energy is a quality product and I hope the Panhandle takes advantage of this deal by stopping inside their local Pak-A-Sak all season long."
