Manitoba Moose Kostalek Assigned to Jacksonville

Winnipeg, MB - The Manitoba Moose Hockey Club, in conjunction with its ECHL affiliate, the Jacksonville Icemen, announced today the team has assigned defenceman Jan Kostalek to the Icemen.

Kostalek, 22, is in his third season of professional hockey. During the 2016-17 campaign, the Prague, Czech Republic native registered seven points (2G, 5A) in 60 games. In 112 career AHL games, Kostalek has 16 points (3G, 13A) and 40 penalty minutes with the Moose.

Kostalek was a fourth round selection, 114th overall, of the Winnipeg Jets in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
