Major League Baseball's No. 3 Top Prospect Corbin Carroll Joins the Reno Aces

Reno, Nev.- The Arizona Diamondbacks announced today that Major League Baseball's No. 3 Top Prospect, outfielder Corbin Carroll, has been added to the Reno Aces roster.

He is currently Arizona's Top Prospect, according to MLB.com and has played a majority of the 2022 season with Double-A Amarillo. In 58 games with the Sod Poodles, he ranks among the Texas League leaders in batting average (7th, .313), home runs (T-5th, 16), OBP (4th, .430), SLG (2nd, .643), OPS (3rd, 1.073), triples (1st, 8), extra-base hits (35), total bases (T-4th, 146), runs (2nd, 62), and stolen bases (8th, 20).

The 21-year-old was recently selected to participate in the 2022 SiriusXM MLB All-Star Futures Game in Los Angeles that is set to be played on Saturday, July 16 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT at Dodgers Stadium.

In 109 MiLB games, he owns a .313 batting average (130-for-410) with 21 doubles, 17 triples, 21 home runs, 65 RBI, 109 runs, and 41 stolen bases.

The Seattle, WA native was the D-backs 1st Round (16th Overall) selection in the 2019 MLB Draft.
