
Magliarditi shines in skills competition

Fresno, CA- Las Vegas Wranglers goaltender Marc Magliarditi was named the Outstanding Goaltender at the 2006 ECHL All-Star Skills Competition on Tuesday night at Save Mart Center in Fresno.
Magliarditi participated in two events, allowing only one goal the entire evening. First, Magliarditi stopped nine of ten shots in the RBK Rapid Fire. During this event, Magliaridti allowed his only goal of the evening to Reading's T.J. Kemp. Trenton's Scott Bertoli was unable to score in five chances against Magliarditi. In the RBK Breakaway Relay, Magliarditi stopped all six shooters from the American Conference to help lead the National Conference to 15-8 victory.
The 2006 ECHL All-Star Game presented by Bud Light, will take place tonight at 7:05 pm at Save Mart Center in Fresno, CA. Fans may watch the game live in the NHL Network.
Las Vegas continues their seven-game road trip after the All-Star Game, with stops in Idaho, Long Beach, and Bakersfield. Las Vegas will return to home ice on Tuesday, February 7th in a showdown with Alaska.
