Maatta & Athanasiou to Play for Team Orr

LONDON, ONTARIO: The London Knights Hockey Club is pleased to announce that defenceman Olli Maatta and left winger Andreas Athanasiou have both been named to Team Orr for the upcoming 2012 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game. There were 40 CHL players in total named to both team rosters today. The game will take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in Kelowna, BC.
Maatta, in his 1st season with the Knights, was the 1st overall selection in the 2011 CHL Import Draft. An offensive defenseman, Maatta is 2nd in points for the Knights blue line with 1 goal and 14 assists in 31 games so far this season.
Athanasiou, a sophomore from Woodbridge, Ontario, is in his 2nd season with the Knights and currently has 11 goals and 20 points on the season.
