
Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak

The Keys once again received a rehab visit from Orioles RHP Scott Williamson but picked up the loss, as Wilmington shutout Frederick 9-0 on Wednesday night at Frawley Stadium.
The shutout loss was the first time the Keys have been blanked this year.
Orioles RHP Scott Williamson struggled allowing two runs on three hits in the first inning to get the loss (0-1). The game remained close until the Blue Rocks racked up six run on seven hits, sending 12 men to the plate in the seventh inning. Frederick would use three pitchers in the inning which blew the game wide open.
Keys 2B Travis Brown had his first multi-hit night of the season going 2-for-4. SS Blake Davis' 12-game hitting streak came to an end but he was hit by a pitch in the third inning, running his stretch of games reaching base to 21.
Frederick concludes its four-game series in Wilmington Thursday night, May 3rd at 6:35 p.m. The Keys return home on Monday, May 7th to face the Kinston Indians in the first of a four game series. It is Kids Eat Free Monday at Harry Grove Stadium.
