Chattanooga Lookouts News Release

After the Lookouts put up a three run first inning it dissipated in the bottom to a one run lead. It would take a four run third inning to keep the lead in the 7-5 victory. Five of six Lookouts had hits in the first inning with three doubles and a triple to grab the lead. The two run blast by Chris Paul would pave the way for the four run third. All but one batter in the lineup had a hit including two hit nights from Paul, LaMonte Wade and Brett Rooker. Cody Stashak would give up two runs then turn the game over to Paco Rodriguez. Along with Todd VanSteensel they worked four scorless innings. The Barons pushed a three run eighth on to the shoulders of Ryne Harper but he came back with two strikeouts and a force for the win in the ninth. It will be a 5:15 game for the Looks facing Mobile Sunday with LHP-Lewis Thorpe facing RHP-Jesus Castillo at AT&T Field. Follow the game at MiLB.com and on REAL 96.1 beginning at 5:00 EDT.
