Limited Seats Remain for Opening Weekend Contests

Augusta, GA - The Augusta GreenJackets announce today that they are sold out of all box and reserved seats for Friday's Opening Night contest and Saturday's Fireworks Night game against the Charleston RiverDogs. Only general admission seats remain on both nights, while supplies last.
The games are part of an eight-game homestand that marks the only time the GreenJackets will play home games in the month of April. The homestand features four games with the RiverDogs and four more with the Savannah Sand Gnats and runs through Friday April 23rd.
Pregame ceremonies on Opening Night will be highlighted by a National Anthem performed by the Fort Gordon Band and an appearance by the Fort Gordon Color Guard. The homestand also features the season's first Thirsty Thursday on April 22nd and a T-Shirt Giveaway, presented by Petsch Respiratory, to the first 1,000 fans on April 23rd.
The April 16th contest will begin at a special 7:35 p.m. start time and tickets currently are available for all home games on a single-game basis. Season tickets can also currently be obtained by calling 706-922-WINS or online at www.greenjacketsbaseball.com.
