Levasseur Recalled By Anaheim Ducks

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that goaltender J.P. Levasseur has been recalled by the National Hockey League's, Anaheim Ducks.

Levasseur has played in 25 games for the Falcons this season posting a record of 8-16-1 with a 3.59 goals against average and .896 save percentage. Levasseur posted one shutout with the Falcons when he stopped all 49 shots he faced in a 4-0 win on February 14 at Bridgeport.

Levasseur was originally loaned to the Falcons by the Anaheim Ducks on December 14, 2009.
