
Late Goals Lead LAFC to 2-0 Win over Minnesota

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) got a pair of goals in the last 10 minutes to earn a 2-0 win over Minnesota United on Sunday night at Banc of California Stadium. Ryan Hollingshead and Jose Cifuentes, each of whom entered the game as second half substitutes, scored in the 82nd and 90th minutes respectively to give the home side all three points. LAFC is now 7-1-1 on the season for an MLS-best 22 points.
The Black & Gold will be back in action on Saturday, May 7 when they host the Eastern Conference leading Philadelphia Union. That game will kick off at 8 p.m. PT and will be broadcast locally on KCOP 13 (ENG), Estrella TV Ch. 62 (SPA), ESPN 710 AM, and 980 AM La Mera La Mera.
