The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) returns to Banc of California Stadium to take on the San Jose Earthquakes in a mid-week clash on Wednesday night. The first of two Week 25 games for the Black & Gold is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast on UniMás, ESPN 710 AM, and 980 AM "La Mera Mera'.

Wednesday's matchup will mark the third meeting of the year between the two California sides. LAFC will look to make it 3-for-3 in 2019 after coming out victorious in the first two contests. The Black & Gold earned a 5-0 win on March 30 at Avaya Stadium, before eliminating the Quakes in the Round of 16 of the U.S. Open Cup with a 3-1 win on June 20 at Banc of California Stadium.

LAFC, fresh off a postseason berth, remains the only undefeated team at home, boasting a 10-0-1 record at Banc of California Stadium, while outscoring its opponents 34-12. With nine games remaining, the Club sits in first place in the Supporters' Shield standings with a 18-3-4 (58 points) record.

Meanwhile, the Earthquakes are currently riding a two-game road losing streak, suffering a pair of 2-1 defeats at Colorado Rapids and at Sporting KC. San Jose is 3-6-3 away from home in the season, with its last win taking place on July 20 at Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
