Kane Davis Put On Disabled List

OTTAWA - Pitcher Kane Davis was added to the disabled list yesterday with lower back inflammation.

The 31-year-old reliever has appeared in two games with the Lynx this season. After taking the loss Opening Day in Rochester, allowing the winning run and three walks, Davis was untouchable April 11th in Buffalo. He dominated the Bisons, striking out four batters over his two hitless innings of work.

This is Davis's 15th season of pro baseball. He has appeared in 96 Major League games with Cleveland, Milwaukee, Colorado and the New York Mets.

This is the first season the Lynx are the Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. The Lynx home opener is scheduled for April 17th against the Charlotte Knights at 7:05pm.
