Kamal Miller and Romell Quioto Receive National Team Call-Ups

MONTREAL - CF Montréal defender Kamal Miller and forward Romell Quioto have been called up by their respective national teams ahead of their nations' final matches of the Concacaf Nations League group stage.
Canada will first travel to the Caribbean to face Curaçao on March 25 at 9pm at the Ergilio Hato Stadium. Miller and Quioto's nations will then cross paths when The Reds host Honduras on March 28 at 8pm at Toronto's BMO Field.
With a record of 1-1-0, Canada sits in second place in Group C of League A. The four League A group winners will qualify for the Nations League Finals scheduled for this June, while the four last-placed teams in each group will be relegated to League B for the next edition of the tournament.
The top eight teams will also qualify for the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup while the remaining four teams will enter a qualifying round to earn their spot.
Miller will be returning to the national team setting for the first time since his World Cup appearance last November. The 25-year-old defender logged 270 minutes in Qatar, the entirety of Canada's group stage matches against Belgium, Croatia and Morocco.
As for Quioto, his last appearance with Los Catrachos was on September 27 in a friendly match against Guatemala which ended in a 2-1 Honduran win.
