February 1, 2011 - NBA G League (G League)
Maine Celtics News Release
PORTLAND, ME - The Maine Red Claws, presented by Quirk Chevrolet, today announced that popular guard Jamar Smith has been invited by WJJB 96.3 FM to host a weekly radio show. The segment will air on Wednesdays at 3:45 PM beginning on February 16 through the end of the season.
"Jamar Smith is a great choice for the Big Jab," said Red Claws President and General Manager Jon Jennings. "He is a fan favorite for a reason, and it isn't just the way he plays on the court. He's funny, talkative and just opinionated enough that it should make for an interesting show. I, for one, am looking forward to hearing him interview Coach Ainge!"
The show will be co-hosted by the popular Big Jab team of Javier Gorriti and Chris Sedenka, the radio voice of the Maine Red Claws.
