
Jacks Power Play Quiets the Rage, 4-1

(Broomfield, CO) - Three power play goals in the game and two in the third period were the difference as Odessa topped Rocky Mountain, 4-1, on Saturday night at the Broomfield Events Center.
Phil Plante and Kory Karlander each scored the third period power play goals, as the Jacks had back-to-back two man advantages.
At the end of the second period Odessa led 2-1 thanks to goals from Jeff Pierce and Mike Ramsay. Ramsay's was on the power play. Rocky Mountain had cut the Odessa lead in half with a goal from Brent Cullaton.
Dominic Leveille, Jeff Pierce, Mike Ramsay, and Sebastien Thinel all recorded a pair of points in the game.
Alexandre Vincent made 27 saves in his ninth win of the year.
The Jacks return home for the first time in over a month on Friday when they host the New Mexico Scorpions at 7:05 PM at the Ector County Coliseum. It will be "Pink at the Rink" night and the game can be heard on 97 Gold.
