IN JUST A FEW HOURS...

The Elmira Jackals look for their fourth win of the week when they head to Trenton to battle the Titans at 7:30 p.m. at the Sun National Bank Center. The Jackals earned their third two-goal comeback win of the week on Friday night, battling back from a 2-0 deficit to defeat the Reading Royals, 3-2, at First Arena. The Titans have started off this week with consecutive losses, most recently falling to the Greenville Road Warriors at home last night, 5-2. Elmira enters the action tonight leading the Wheeling Nailers by three points for first place in the Atlantic Division.

RIVET RINGS IN FIRST HOME GOAL

Craig Rivet scored his third goal as a Jackal and first in front of Elmira's hometown crowd on Friday night, giving the Jackals a 3-2 lead by burying a centering pass from Rob Bellamy at 7:28 of the third. The goal was Rivet's first game winner since he recorded a second-period tally for the Buffalo Sabres against the Boston Bruins in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals in the 2010 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

LAROCQUE LIGHTS IT UP

Elmira captain Mario Larocque is now third in the ECHL among defensemen with 37 points and 30 assists. Larocque is tied for the Jackals lead with six power-play goals with Mike Radja after firing a puck in on the man advantage last night on Friday. The Montreal native has earned points in three-straight games (1g-2a).
