AT THE DISH: Ryan Vilade was 2-for-3 with an inside-the-park home run and a triple tonight ... Taylor Motter blasted a three-run homer as part of his four-RBI game ... Connor Joe was 3-for-4, his eighth-multi hit game at Triple-A this season ... Greg Bird also had a two-hit evening.
TOEING THE RUBBER: Starter Ryan Castellani (2-6) turned in his best start this year with five innings of three-hit, one-run ball ... Logan Cozart retired the side on eight pitches to earn his second save in as many appearances.
TOPES TIDBITS: The Isotopes have won six consecutive games for the first time since Aug. 18-23, 2016 (at Oklahoma City, sweep vs. Fresno) ... Vilade's inside-the-parker was the second for a Topes player this year after Danny Edgeworth on May 24 vs. OKC ... Albuquerque's 10 wins in July are tied for the second most in Minor League Baseball.
