Down to their final 14 games of the regular season, the IronPigs (69-61) play a doubleheader* to conclude a four-game series against the third-place Toledo Mud Hens (53-77) at Coca-Cola Park... With a 9-4 loss Sunday, the Pigs have dropped to 1-1 in this series and are now a half game behind Pawtucket in the Wild Card race. Since July 6, the Pigs have gone just 18-25 in their last 43 contests -- going from a season-high 3.0-games up to a season-high 5.5-games back in the North. The Pigs must go 11-3 in their remaining games to match their 80-64 record last year... Toledo -- Detroit's top affiliate -- has won nine of its last 12 affairs after a six-game losing streak and a 3-15 span from July 21 to August 7. The Hens started 17-9 before going 35-68 (.340) since May 4.

In Game One, RHP Jonathan Pettibone (3-0, 2.16) will start for LHV against LHP Casey Crosby (7-6, 3.78).

In Game Two, LHP Mario Hollands (3-5, 4.75 in AA) will make his Triple-A debut for LHV against RHP Brooks Brown (3-3, 4.88).

Tonight is Bark at the Park Night, presented by Last Chance Ranch... First-Pitch of Game One is set for 5:35 p.m.

DOUBLE YOUR PLEASURE?:

The Pigs will play in their 8th* doubleheader this season -- entering with a record of 9-5 in DH games in 2012 (*includes "day-night" DH on 7/1 vs. PAW)... The Pigs split their last DH on 7/29 @ SYR (L, 3-2; W, 8-6) and swept their last home DH on 7/27 vs. NOR (3-0, 5-4) -- marking their 5th all-time DH sweep in 27 tries (prior to 7/1, they hadn't had a sweep since 9/4/09 -- going 13 DH without one)... LHV has split 5 DH this season... Last season, the Pigs were just 5-9 in DH and are 23-31 all-time (2-2 in "Day-Night" DH games).

* This is TOL's 7th DH (last: a split 8/15 @ SYR), and the Mud Hens have gone 5-7 so far (0 sweeps, 7 splits, swept in 1).
