FRISCO, TX - The Iowa Wolves (2-5) heated up in the fourth quarter to overcome the Texas Legends (3-4) 118-111 Sunday night in Iowa.

The Legends held on until the five-minute mark, when seven straight points from Darius Johnson-Odom boosted the Wolves into the lead. Texas tied it up three more times, but Iowa held a two-point edge going into the second. Early in the second, Rashad Vaughn knocked down back-to-back threes to put Texas on top and the Legends would widen the gap to 10 points at the half.

The Wolves streaked through seven points to come within six, but Texas eventually responded with nine unanswered for their largest lead (+14) of the night. The back-and-forth continued with Texas remaining ahead 85-80 going into the final minutes. The Wolves continued chipping away at the lead and used a three-pointer from Hakim Warrick to take their final lead with just under eight minutes to play. After the go-ahead, the home team streaked through 13 unanswered points to take their largest lead of the night (+14). Texas put up 16 points in the final four minutes but it was no match for the Wolves' 38-point quarter.
