Iowa Wolves News Release
DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Wolves, the NBA G League franchise of the Minnesota Timberwolves, along with Principal® are excited to continue their partnership with the return of the Community Celebration Games presented by Prinicipal® this season.
"It is a thrill to bring back the Community Celebration series in 2022-23 with Principal®," said Chip Albright, Iowa Wolves Vice President of Marketing. "Our fans and players had a blast with these unique jersey creations last year celebrating diversity and we look forward to supporting through the online auction so many wonderful non-profits doing great work."
"We are excited to collaborate with the Wolves again this season to present these meaningfully-designed jerseys to elevate understanding of and celebrate the diverse cultures and backgrounds that make up the fanbase of the Iowa Wolves and the broader Des Moines metro," said Jo Christine Miles, Director of Principal® Foundation and Community Relations. "It's a wonderful stage to showcase how art and sports can bring people together, benefit our community, and expand our horizons."
