
Individual Game Tickets on Sale Date Announced

(Reading, PA)- The Reading Royals Professional Hockey Club announced today that individual game tickets for all regular season home games and the 2005 ECHL All-Star Game and Skills Competition presented by Coors Light will go on sale Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. The defending Northern Division Champions will begin the season on the road against arch rival Trenton on Friday, October 22 before returning home on Saturday, October 23. Prior to the game, the 2nd Annual Bleed Purple Block Party presented by Quadrant Engineering begins promptly at 2:00 p.m. Live entertainment, food provided by Berks County's finest restaurants, games and face painting for the kids and much more!
The Royals offer three convenient ways to purchase individual game tickets:
- Visit the Sovereign Center Box Office located at 700 Penn Street in
downtown Reading. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday between
10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
- Visit the following Ticketmaster Outlets in Berks County:
- Boscov's North, Berkshire Mall, Wyomissing, PA 19610
- Boscov's East, 4500 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, PA 19606
- Fred's Music, 212 W. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, PA 19607

Ticket prices range from $7 to $17 depending on seat location:
- $7 - Top Shelf tickets are the last two rows behind the
nets
- $11 - Mezzanine Level tickets extending from corner to
corner behind the nets
- $13 - Executive Level tickets extending from goal line to
goal line the length of the ice
- $15 - Premier Level tickets rows C-G (3-7) extending
throughout the entire rink *
- $17 - Silver Circle tickets rows A-B (1-2) extending
throughout the entire rink *

To date, the Royals have 15 players committed for the 2004-05 season. Rookie signees are defensemen Simon Mangos, Frederic Belanger, Andrew Nahirniak, Matthew Medley, Tom Galvin, left wing Colt King and D'Arcy McConvey. Royals returnees from last season's Northern Division Championship squad include: Defensemen Ian Turner, Dean Arsene and Reagan Rome along with forwards Peter Hay, David Masse, leading scorer Graig Mischler and Judd Medak. In addition, Reading has added power forward Dan Sullivan to this season's squad.
The Reading Royals are entering their fourth season in Reading, Pennsylvania after relocating from Columbus, Ohio. The Royals enjoyed their first Kelly Cup playoff appearance last season, claiming the Northern Division Title and were one win away from qualifying for the Kelly Cup Finals.
