Indians To Offer Fifteen New Concessions Items In 2010

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Indians and ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment have teamed up to offer fifteen new concessions items for the Indians' 15th season at Victory Field.

Indians fans now have broader sandwich selection with the addition of a bistro chicken sandwich and a turkey or roast beef artisan sandwich at a Portable stand behind Section 110. Each artisan sandwich is served with pasta or fruit salad. The stand also offers a chicken Caesar salad and a yogurt parfait.

To accompany the festival atmosphere in the lawn seating area, a variety of "carnival foods" are now available at the Home Run Grille in the Centerfield Plaza including chicken wings, corn on the cob, elephant ears and churros.

Fans with a hearty appetite can now enjoy a double cheeseburger from the Backstop Grille or a BBQ chicken nacho from the Corona Light Cantina. The popular Build-A-Burger stand now offers a chili-cheese fry as well as build-a-fry options.

Indians fans can top off their meals with a locally brewed beer from Indianapolis' Sun King Brewing Company at the Guinness Pub Stand behind Section 108. Sun King's Sunlight Cream Ale and Osiris Pale Ale are both available. Meanwhile, fans with a sweet tooth can enjoy a Lemonade Shake-Up or a traditional milkshake.

Victory Field concessions prices are consistently lower than any other professional sports venue in Indianapolis. The Indians will also continue to offer a Monday Dollar Menu throughout the season. At each Monday home game, hot dogs, peanuts, Cracker Jack, popcorn and potato chips are each available for $1 each.
