The Toledo Mud Hens began their second homestand of the season Thursday, April 22 vs. the Columbus Clippers at 6:30 p.m. The Hens will play 11 of their next 13 games at home (2 vs. Columbus, 4 vs. Syracuse and 4 vs. Charlotte).

Thursday, April 22 (Columbus, 1st pitch at 6:30 PM - Gates open at 5:30) - The Mud Hens host the Columbus Clippers (Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians) for the first time this season. Earth, Wind and Fire Day - songs from the band all night long! The contest between the Hens and the Clippers can be heard live on Fox Sports Radio 1230, WCWA and seen live on BCSN.
Friday, April 23 (Columbus, 1st pitch at 7:00 PM - Gates open at 6:00) - Deaf Awareness Night (sign language interpreter of "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" at the 7th inning stretch). The Hens and Clippers square off once again. The contest between the Hens and the Clippers can be heard live on Fox Sports Radio 1230, WCWA and seen live on BCSN.
Saturday, April 24 (Columbus, 1st Pitch at 6:00 PM - Gates open at 4:30) - The finale of the Hens-Clippers series. The contest can be heard live on Fox Sports Radio 1230, WCWA and seen live on BCSN. Toledo and Columbus will play a twp-game series in Columbus April 25 and 26 before the Mud Hens return home April 27 for an eight-game homestand.
Tuesday, April 27 (Syracuse, 1st Pitch at 6:30 PM - Gates open at 5:30) - The Hens began their eight consecutive home games by playing host to the Syracuse Chiefs (Triple-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals) on April 27. It is Find the Frappe Night at Fifth Third Field. If a lucky fan finds the giant (3 foot) frappe cup hidden in Fifth Third Field they will win free Mc Donald's Frappes for a year! Thursday, April 29 (Syracuse, 1st pitch at 6:30 PM - Gates open at 5:30) - The Hens and Chiefs meet again Thursday. Great Clips will be providing free haircuts on the main concourse and will be accepting donations for the Children's Miracle Network. Saturday, May 1 (Charlotte, 1st pitch at 7:00 PM - Gates open at 5:30) - Toledo hosts the Charlotte Knights (Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox) May 1. Sunday, May 2 (Charlotte, 1st pitch at 2:00 PM - Gates open at 12:30) - The Hens and Knights meet again Sunday afternoon. Two Mud Hen players will be signing autographs from 1:15-1:45 on the concourse near the Swamp Shop and then after the game, kids get to run the bases.
