The 6-foot-5, 275-pound slugger is up to six long balls in 21 Triple-A contests after being optioned from Pittsburgh on May 20. The 26-year-old missed most of 2006 with a fractured left thumb, but launched 40 roundtrippers between Double-A, Triple-A and the big leagues in 2005.
