Inaugural MudManX Coming to FirstEnergy Park

The first MudManX event is coming to FirstEnergy Park and the surrounding areas on Saturday, October 22nd.
MudManX is a five mile mud run filled with various obstacles including cargo nets, barricades, pools of water, mud pits, and fiery trails designed to test mastery of the four primary elements: earth, wind, fire, and water. There will be 20 obstacles total over the five mile course.
Registration is made online at MudManX.com Rg10h9mIfwi17dg-ZgebNTePlHO0=)and is $65 for early registration (ending 8/31), $80 for normal registration (ending 9/30), and $95 for late registration (ending 10/17).
Included in the registration is a free t-shirt and 12 ounce beer among other items. The top three finishers in all categories will receive cash and prizes. Local bands and DJs will be performing throughout the event, which also includes a post-race party for families and friends of the participants as well as anyone who would like to come watch this unique event but maybe isn't quite ready to take the plunge into the mud!
As the course is physically draining, it is recommended that participants train in advance as they would for other types of races.
The BlueClaws, the Jersey Shore's top stop for affordable family fun, have led the South Atlantic League in attendance in all 10 years of existence.
