Week 6 Recap
Rockford finished off their busiest stretch of the early season schedule with a 5-3 win over the Quad City Mallards on Sunday. The IceHogs, who have the most points in the UHL, have a lighter December schedule upon them as they sit a top the UHL's Western Division. Rockford has a pair of games on the road during Week 7.

Transactions
-Winger Chaz Johnson was activated from League Supension on Saturday, Nov. 26.
-Winger Robin Big Snake was activated from League Suspension on Wednesday, Nov. 23.

-Center Preston Mizzi was loaned back to the Milwaukee Admirals on Monday, Nov. 21

Bacon Bits:
IceHogs winger Billy Tibbetts has a five-game point streak netting 5g-5a-10pts during his hot stretch.
Winger Jason Notermann, who leads the IceHogs in goals (12) assists (17), points (29) and plus minus (+14), has 10 multi-point games in the Hogs 19 contests this season.
Rockford is 10-1-0 against the UHL's Western Division.
The IceHogs are 5-0-0 in the back end of back-to-back-to-back games and 5-0-0 during Sunday games.
The Hogs had their club-record 10-game home-unbeaten streak (9-0-1) snapped on Friday with a 4-2 loss to the Kalamazoo Wings.
Rockford, the UHL's most penalized team, set a season low with two penalties for four minutes on Saturday in Muskegon.
Rockford is a combined 15-0-0 when leading after the first or second period and a combined 10-0-1 when they are tied after a period.
The club has a combined record of 3-8-1 when trailing after a period.
After playing 11 games in 17 days, the IceHogs will now play 11 games in the next 37 days.
Hot Hog Week 6:
IceHogs Winger Billy Tibbetts is the club's Player of The Week for Week six. The veteran winger has a point in five straight games overall (5g-5a-10pts), including all four games during Week 6 (4g-3a-7pts) for the IceHogs.
Upcoming Games:
Friday, December 2 at Motor City Mechanics. Game time is 6:30 p.m. The IceHogs take to the road for a brief two-game swing beginning in Fraser, Mich. The game is the tird of the season between the two clubs and first at the Garage. You can here the game on 1330-AM WNTA and on the B2 Network through icehogs.com.
Saturday, December 3 at Fort Wayne Komets. Game time is slated for 6:30 p.m. The Hogs return to the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum to battle the Komets. Rockford and Fort Wayne have hooked up three times already this season and teh game is the third in Fort Wayne this season. You can listen to the game on 1330-AM WNTA.
HogTalk Returns Tonight At Shooter's North:
HogTalk returns tonight at Shooter's North located at 7742 Forest Hills Road in Loves Park from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The show is hosted by WXRX's Jim Stone and Double T and features IceHogs Head Coach Steve Martinson each Monday. Also this week, Evgueni Nourislamov and Billy Tibbetts will be there to talk Hogs hockey and meet fans. HogTalk will not be held on Monday, December 26, due to the Christmas Holiday.

Rockford IceHogs fans can catch all IceHogs Regular and Post Season games on Rockford's Voice, 1330 AM WNTA. Fans can also watch and listen to the Hogs on the World Wide Web with the B2 Networks! Log on to the IceHogs Web site (icehogs.com) and click on the "click here to watch the game live"Â icon, and for just $6, you can catch all of the IceHogs action on your computer. New to the network this season is ESPN Radio "The Jock"Â 1380 AM. The Jock will broadcast 20 Hogs games during the regular season. Check your local listings. Also, fans with Insight Cable television can tune into Channel 57 for all the IceHogs hockey action this season. The broadcast begins with the Pregame Show 20 minutes before the puck drops. Make sure to give your opinion during the 10th Inning Bar and Grill Post-Game Call-In Show following each home game at (815) 874-8255.

The Rockford IceHogs would like to extend an apology to all the Hogs fans who have tried to listen or view the broadcast on icehogs.com through the B2 Networks when the team is in Fort Wayne. The Komets have chosen not to adhere to league rules and do not have B2 Network access in the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum at this time. IceHogs fans can catch all the Hogs games, home and away via broadcast and video through the B2 Network on icehogs.com all season, with the exception of the games played in Fort Wayne. The UHL is currently addressing the situation in Fort Wayne and we will let you know if anything changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have created.
