IceHogs Host Wolves for Round Two, Johnson Signs NHL Deal with Chicago

Rockford, Ill.- The Chicago Wolves return to the Rockford MetroCentre for the second straight contest against the Rockford IceHogs tonight at 7:05 p.m. The Hogs fell to the Wolves 4-2 on Wednesday night.

The first 1,000 fans past the gate will get an IceHogs poster, the second in a series of six, compliments of Comcast and Medicine Man.

Tonight's game can be heard on 1330 AM WNTA or on-line at wnta.com beginning at 6:35 p.m. with the U.S. Cellular Pregame Show. The game can be viewed in Rockford on Comcast Cable Channel-57 or on-line through ahllive.com

The game marks the fourth of 10 meetings between the two clubs in 2010-11. Chicago's 4-2 win on Wednesday is only the ninth by the road team in 40 all-time matchups with the IceHogs.

Center Jeff Taffe leads the team with eight goals and has notched a point (3g-6a) in a season-long six straight contests.

Next Home Game: Saturday, Dec. 18 vs. Lake Erie Monsters: Game time is slated for 7:05 p.m. Rockford hosts the Monsters for the second time this season at the Rockford MetroCentre. The first 2,500 fans to the game will pick up an IceHogs Pillow courtesy of OSF and The Eagle 96.7 FM.
