Early home runs off the bats of Stuart Fairchild and Mitch Nay paved the way to a lead only to have two home runs late from Jacksonville become a loss 6-4 in game one of the series. The Jacksonville two homers happened in the seventh and eighth innings. The J-Shrimp would send nine players to the plate in the eighth but the lead was taken on a three run blast from Adrian Nieto. Johendi Jimminian deserved a much better fate leaving the game after five innings with the lead in his best performance of the year. He had a season high nine strikeouts allowing only one hit. The Lookouts are now 5-6 in the second half. Game two will match LHP-Packy Naughton ((3-4,3.72) against RHP-Jorge Guzman (4-7,3.87) in the Monday night clash.
