
Atlanta Braves Tryout Camp Scheduled for Tuesday, July 2 at Trustmark Park

PEARL, MS - The annual Atlanta Braves Tryout Camp is scheduled for Tuesday, July 2 at Trustmark Park. Registration starts at 8:30 am with tryouts beginning at 9:00 am. Pitchers and catchers will tryout from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, and all other position players will tryout from 10:00 am until completion. The annual event is free of charge and under the direction of Area Scout Supervisor Smoke Laval.
All players must be between the ages of 16 and 24 to participate and are expected to furnish their own cleats, gloves, and uniforms. No exceptions. The Braves will provide any other necessary equipment. American Legion players must have written permission from their coach.
