
Hitmen to Select 4th Overall in WHL Prospects Draft

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club will select fourth overall when the Western Hockey League holds its annual WHL Prospects Draft on Thursday, May 19th, 2022.
The pick was determined Thursday afternoon during the 2022 WHL Draft Lottery involving the six non-playoff teams from the 2021-22 regular season.

The order of selection for the second round and all other rounds of the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft will be determined by the inverse order of the final 2021-22 WHL Regular Season standings. First round coverage of the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft will be streamed via WHL Live.
Players eligible for the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft will be 2007-born players who reside in Alberta, B.C., Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
