
Hitmen Host Division Rivals this Weekend

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen will kick off a busy weekend when they host the Red Deer Rebels on Friday, Feb. 12, at 7:00 p.m. at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
Tomorrow is the 10th annual Lunar New Year Celebration presented by Nexen, a CNOOC Limited Company. Fans are encouraged to arrive early for a chance to receive a fortune cookie. Over 200 cookies contain prizes with one lucky fan taking home the grand prize of two tickets to anywhere WestJet flies, courtesy of Custom Travel Solutions. There will also be dragon dancers during the first intermission and post-game fireworks.
Calgary enters the contest with a record of 31-20-1-2, eight points behind the Rebels for second place in the Central Division.
The Hitmen will then welcome the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Sunday, Feb. 14 in the Co-op Family Game as part of Sunday Funday presented by Booster Juice and McKnight 24 Hour Veterinary Hospital. The day features face painters and a post-game family skate. All participants under 18 are required to wear a helmet. A special kids ticket price of $7.50 (plus applicable fees) for children 12 and under is available for Sunday home games. Fans are also encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for the Calgary Food Bank.
