Lynchburg Hillcats News Release
Winston-Salem, NC - The Hillcats batted in the top of the first Tuesday night and failed to score. Before the 'Cats could come out on defense the tarp was pulled. After a 30-minute delay, the game was officially suspended in a 0-0 tie.
The game will be continued the next time Lynchburg travels to Winston-Salem August 15. The remainder of the suspended game will be followed by the regularly scheduled game, which will now be seven innings.
