Pensacola Ice Pilots News Release

MISSISSAUGA, ONT - CEO and Chairman of Henley Sports and owner of the Pensacola Ice Pilots Mario Forgione announced today (Wednesday) the sale of partial interest of the Ice Pilots to Greg Schuh.

Schuh has been President and General Manager of the Ice Pilots since arriving in Pensacola in October of 2005. Prior to Pensacola, Schuh worked with the Fresno Falcons of the ECHL and overall has been involved with professional hockey for close to nine years.

"Greg Schuh will be a Managing Partner in Pensacola. His loyalty and dedication to the organization is unparallel, and we know the team is in capable hands," said Forgione.

This announcement allows Henley Sports Management to continue to work on other projects.

"We have no intentions of selling the franchise outright," said Forgione. "However, we are encouraged with the initial response that we have had from other local business people. The Ice Pilots will continue to explore the possibility of adding additional local ownership to the group."

"I'm humbled by the fact that Mario thinks highly of our operation and staff, and that we are headed in the right direction," said Schuh. "I wish to thank Mario for providing me this opportunity to really become a part of the rich fabric and tradition that is the Pensacola Ice Pilots."

The sale is subject to the approval of the ECHL Executive Committee which meets on a frequent basis.

Henley Sports is a fully integrated sports management company involved in facilities and franchise management.
