Calgary, AB - Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today that defenseman Staffan Kronwall has been reassigned to the Abbotsford Heat (AHL).
Kronwall has appeared in eleven games with the Calgary Flames and seven games with the Abbotsford Heat. With the Flames, Kronwall has one goal and two assists, while with the Heat, he has picked up one assist.
ABBOTSFORD BC - The Abbotsford Heat have recalled forward Hugo Carpentier from the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL.
Carpentier has played fourteen games for the Grizzlies this season, and has tallied three goals and five assists in that span. In 22 games with the Abbotsford Heat, Carpentier has registered six assists.
