On Tuesday, goaltender Todd Ford made 36 saves for a shutout in his second AHL appearance of the season to lead Texas over San Antonio, 2-0... Lawrence Nycholat scored 39 seconds into overtime as Manitoba rallied past Abbotsford, 4-3... Mike McKenna made 29 saves against his former team as Lowell edged Portland, 2-1... In Monday's action, Ryan Stoa scored twice and Marty Sertich notched the overtime game-winner as Lake Erie downed Hamilton, 3-2.

Another sellout crowd of more than 7,000 fans is expected at the Entertainment & Sports Centre on Wednesday as Abbotsford hosts Manitoba for the second straight night... The Moose rallied for a 4-3 overtime win over the Heat on Tuesday, ending Abbotsford's four-game winning streak... Lawrence Nycholat's game-winning goal marked his first AHL tally since Mar. 21, 2008, with Binghamton... Marco Rosa scored twice for the Moose on Tuesday and has a point in four of his last five contests (4-1-5)... Sergei Shirokov shows 1-7-8 in five games against Abbotsford this season... Reigning AHL goaltender of the year Cory Schneider is now second in the AHL with 18 wins in 28 appearances for Manitoba (18-9-1, 2.24,.924)... Ex-Moose forward Jason Jaffray notched a goal on Tuesday and leads the Heat with 15 goals and 33 points in 41 games on the season... Riley Armstrong is riding a four-game scoring streak (2-2-4) for Abbotsford, and David Van der Gulik has a goal in three of his last four outings (3-1-4).

Syracuse takes its four-game points streak (3-0-0-1) into Lowell on Wednesday for its first visit to Tsongas Arena since Oct. 29, 2000, and its first-ever clash with the Devils... The Crunch, who are coming off back-to-back wins at Norfolk last weekend, are 3-0-0-0 in three road games against the Admirals but 2-14-2-2 in all other road contests... Jared Aulin has notched a goal in three straight games (3-2-5) for Syracuse and has a point in six of his last seven contests (5-4-9)... Tomas Kana has racked up seven goals and 10 points in 14 games since joining the Crunch's lineup... Syracuse goaltender Kevin Lalande has surrendered just three goals over his last three outings (2-0-1, 0.98,.972)... Lowell is 10-4-0-0 in its last 14 games overall and an impressive 14-7-0-0 on home ice for the season... The Devils boast the AHL's top-ranked power play at home (26.5 percent) and overall (24.0 percent)... Rookie Matt Taormina is riding a five-game scoring streak (1-4-5) for the Devils and is tied for second among AHL defensemen with 27 points (8-19-27) in 42 games on the season... Patrick Davis has notched a goal in five of his last seven outings (6-1-7) on the heels of a seven-game drought.

Houston visits Rockford on Wednesday for the first of a two-game set at the MetroCentre... The Aeros are in the midst of playing four straight games against the IceHogs and took a win and an overtime loss in Houston last weekend... Houston has earned at least a point in six consecutive outings (2-0-4-0) and sits one point back of Rockford for third place in the tight West Division race... Jon DiSalvatore has netted a goal in 10 of his last 14 games (11-3-14) for the Aeros and leads the club with 15 markers (15-14-29) in 41 games on the season... Aeros rookie Chad Rau shows a point in seven of his last eight outings (3-4-7), and 2010 AHL All-Star Maxim Noreau is tied for second among AHL defensemen with 27 points (9-18-27) in 40 contests... Matt Keith has found the scoresheet in six of his last seven games (4-2-6) for the IceHogs... Rockford goaltender Corey Crawford, who missed several weeks due to injury, earned his first victory since Nov. 4 on Sunday with 26 saves in the IceHogs' 2-1 overtime triumph at Houston... Rockford has earned a point in four straight home games (3-0-0-1).

Islanders routed Detroit, 6-0... 2010 AHL All-Star Brandon Bochenski recorded three assists in Tampa Bay's 7-4 win over Washington... 2010 AHL All-Star Cal O'Reilly picked up two assists in Nashville's 5-3 win at Edmonton... On Sunday, Brett Carson tallied his first career NHL goal as Carolina took a 4-1 win over Ottawa.

BY THE NUMBERS:

4 -- Trips to Hamilton for the Lake Erie Monsters in a 12-day span, concluding with tonight's meeting at Copps Coliseum... The Monsters have taken two of the first three contests, including a 3-2 overtime win on Monday.
