
Heat Dominate Tucson 8-2, Win Fourth Straight

TUCSON, AZ. - Stockton's offense explodes for eight goals in 8-2 thrashing of the Tucson Roadrunners to extend their season long win streak to four games. Alan Quine scores a career high five points, including a hat trick to lead the way for Stockton. His line mate, Kerby Rychel picks up a goal and three assists in the first win of this three-game road trip. Oliver Kylington got Stockton on the board early with a power play goal to make it 1-0. Tucson would quickly answer with Michael Bunting's fifth goal of the season. Stockton would continue the flurry of first period goals with two more to end the first frame. Kerby Rychel scored his team-leading eight goal of the season and Alan Quine with his first of the night. Nick Schneider made some big saves in the first period to maintain Stockton's early lead and finished the night with 33 saves on 35 shots. Schneider now has fourth straight wins and has earned a victory in each of Stockton's games during this current season-long win streak. The Heat would erupt for four goals in the middle period, including goals from Lazar and Ollas Mattsson. Morgan Klimchuk also picked up a goal in his 200th career AHL game.
