
HDFC Announce Local Fan Events for FIFA World Cup

HOUSTON - The global game takes center stage on Sunday with the start of the 2022 FIFA World Cup and soccer fans are invited to join Houston Dynamo Football Club for a variety of events throughout the tournament.
Pitch 25 and Karbach Brewery Co. will host 18 events (nine each) during the group stage for Dynamo and Dash fans, with additional dates to follow for the knockout rounds of the competition. Three of the nine dates will feature the U.S. Men's National Team, who return to the FIFA World Cup for the first time since 2014. Additionally, Dynamo fans can follow Héctor Herrera and El Tri as part of the festivities this month, beginning with the opening match of Group C against Poland on Nov. 22.
Dynamo and Dash 365 Members will receive a 10 percent discount on food at the Karbach Brewery Co. pub for the nine dates listed below by presenting their membership card. Additionally, Karbach Brewery Co. will open at 1 p.m. for eight of the nine dates listed below and at 10 a.m. on Nov. 26 prior to the Mexico vs. Argentina match.
Fans can win prizes like autographed memorabilia, bobbleheads and tote bags at the watch parties beginning on Nov. 21. Dynamo and Dash legends, coaches and staff will join fans for select dates at both locations.
The Club will host Futbol Fiesta Mundial beginning at 10 a.m. CT on Nov. 26 at Houston Sports Park. Dynamo Youth Programs and the South Texas Youth Soccer Association will host two youth clinics at the event with the first session starting at 10 a.m. CT and a second session starting at 11 a.m. CT. Fans are invited to watch Herrera and El Tri face Lionel Messi and Argentina at 1 p.m. CT in the second match day of Group C.
