Rockford RiverHawks News Release
LOVES PARK, Ill. - For the second night in a row, rain has disrupted the Rockford RiverHawks' plans.
The Rockford RiverHawks' game Friday night against Southern Illinois has been postponed due to thunderstorms. The teams will make up the rainout as part of a doubleheader at a time to be determined on August 28 at Road Ranger Stadium.
Tomorrow a doubleheader is scheduled for 5:05 p.m. at Road Ranger Stadium between the Southern Illinois Miner and the RiverHawks. This is a makeup of Thursday night's rainout. It is Dollar Beer Night, sponsored by Miller Lite and WXRX-FM. It is also Finnegans' RV Scout Night Campout.
