Waterloo, Iowa - Saturday's USHL results have solidified the Waterloo Black Hawks' opening round Clark Cup Playoff matchup with the Lincoln Stars.
The best-of-three series will be played entirely at the Ice Box in Lincoln. Game One will be Monday, with a rematch Tuesday and, if necessary, a decisive third game on Wednesday. Each contest will begin at 6:05 p.m.
The Black Hawks were 1-5-0 versus the Stars during the regular season. In those head-to-head matchups, Waterloo was led offensively by Connor Brown with three goals and three assists. The Hawks' win versus the Stars happened on October 23rd, with an 8-4 final. This will be the fourth time Waterloo and Lincoln have met in the postseason; the Hawks advanced from best-of-five series when the clubs faced each other in 2012, 2016, and 2018.
