TODAY'S GAME The Senators and Hartford Yard Goats play the rubber match of their three-game series Wednesday morning at FNB Field. The Senators evened the series with their 5-3 victory in game two, highlighted by six strong innings by Luis Reyes and a pair of home runs by Yadiel Hernandez and Dan Gamache. The win was the Senators' first in five games against Hartford this season. The two clubs are scheduled to play 16 games against each other this year.

BREAKFAST WITH THE SENATORS The Senators play the first of two morning games at FNB field this season in the homestand finale on Wednesday. The club's second and final morning game at FNB Field is on May 24 against Erie. The Senators won their only other morning game this season when they beat Trenton 4-2 on April 25, exactly one week ago. The Senators are scheduled to play six AM baseball games this year.

HOME RUN HYPE The last ten runs scored by the Senators have all been driven in on four home runs: two by Yadiel Hernandez, one by Dan Gamache and one by Jake Lowery. The Senators as a team have hit 19 home runs this season, fourth most in the Eastern League. Hernandez has homered in three consecutive games, giving him four for the season which ties him for fifth most in the Eastern League.

ROSTER MOVEMENT Reliever Phillips Valdez was promoted to Syracuse prior to Monday's series opener and pitcher Jeff Ames was added to the Senators. Ames was signed by the Nationals as Minor League free agent on March 3, 2018. The right-hander tossed two perfect innings in his first appearance with the Senators, Monday night against Hartford.

BRADY'S BEST Saturday night starter Brady Dragmire was named Eastern League Pitcher of the Week for the week of April 23-29. Dragmire went a career-high eight innings in his lone start on April 29 against Altoona and retired 24 of the 25 batters he faced. The right-hander had a perfect game through five innings until Stephen Alemais reached on an infield single to lead off the sixth. That was the only baserunner of the game for the Curve. Dragmire and reliever Roman Mendez combined to retire 27 of the 28 batters faced in the game. SENATORS STARTING PITCHER Wirkin Estevez starts the rubber match for the Senators. The right-hander is 0-2 with a 5.23 ERA across four starts this season. Estevez allowed just one run on a solo home run across six innings in his last start against Altoona on April 27 in the homestand opener. HARTFORD STARTING PITCHER The Yard Goats counter with starter Peter Lambert. The right-hander is 1-1 with a 2.11 ERA over four starts this season. Lambert pitched against the Senators on April 21 and tossed seven shutout innings. The 21-year-old is ranked as the 5th best prospect in the Rockies organization according to MLB.com.
