Harrisburg Senators News Release

The Harrisburg Senators fell to the Erie SeaWolves 5-4 in ten innings Friday night in Erie. The Senators led 4-0 into the bottom of the eighth inning when Erie plated four runs thanks to two walks and an error. Erie then walked off for the second straight game with a run in the tenth. The Senators scored three runs in the first but could only tack on one run, in the fourth inning, keeping Erie in the game.

THE BIG PLAY

Gage Workman singled in Hao-Yu Lee with the winning run in the tenth inning.

FILIBUSTERS

The 15 hits for the Senators are a season-high... Harrisburg went 5-for-14 with runners in scoring position... The Senators had a runner thrown out at third and one at the plate... Erie has scored eight of their 13 runs in the series in the eighth inning and 12 of their 13 runs in the seventh inning or later.
